Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t shipped. Contact support with your order number.

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and has all tags attached.

Every product page has a size chart with garment measurements. Measure a similar piece you own flat and compare.

Most RIBAAG silhouettes are cut relaxed. Size down for a closer fit, or stay true to size for the intended oversized drape.

Machine wash cold inside-out with like colours, no bleach, and line dry in shade. Avoid ironing directly on prints — full care notes are on each product page.

Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship on the date shown on the product page. You’ll get tracking the moment they dispatch.

Yes, but the full order ships together when the pre-order item is ready. Place separate orders if you want in-stock pieces sooner.
